Management of Survivors of Childhood Abuse Support (SOCAS) Fund and Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH) Fund

Tender description

The Scottish Government, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced fund administrator to undertake the administration of two funds: the Survivors of Childhood Abuse Support (SOCAS) Fund and Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH) Fund. While the oversight of both Funds are combined, the public-facing Funds (perinatal and infant mental health and SOCAS) will remain separate. Lot 1: The fund administrator will: - Distribute awards on behalf of the Scottish Government to successful third sector organisations - Use knowledge and expertise of the third sector to provide support to the network of organisations. - Establishing a robust reporting structure and submit reports to the Scottish Government which detail organisational progress against policy objectives and outcomes. - Attend and support Scottish Government-funded network events. - Provide the network of fund organisations access to professional support covering areas such as mentoring, recruitment and legal advice.. The contract shall commence on 1 July 2024 and shall expire on 31 March 2026, unless the contract is terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or extended to a date falling no later than 31 March 2028, at the sole discretion of Scottish Ministers.
