This is not a call-for-competition, this is a Prior Information Notice only Service Levels incl. time from PO to installation – • Emergency 4 hour response for make safe (board up) – 24/7 coverage across the geographic area, dedicated contact for emergency service. • Measuring facility – obscure or non-standard units to be measured by successful supplier. • Supply only – requirement for unit to be readily available within maximum 10 days of order. • Supply and fit. – requirement for end to end to be completed within 28 days of receipt of order. • Ability to store orders until appointment booked to install/replace. • Supplier to update planning teams with progress of orders weekly.
