Tender description

This Facilities Management Tender has been split in to 4 LOTs; LOT 1 - Security LOT 2 - Waste LOT 3 - Cleaning LOT 4 - General Maintenance 1 contract per LOT has been awarded. Lot 1: LOT 1 - Security Under LOT 1 - Security Northern Gas Networks (NGN) has appointed a single supplier to provide Security Guarding for one NGN Office based in Leeds. The supplier may also be expected to provide a range of security options on an ad-hoc basis. Additional information: 7 x 1 year renewal periods available. These may be grouped to form longer duration renewal periods Lot 2: LOT 2 Waste Northern Gas Networks (NGN) has appointed a single supplier to carry out Waste Management Services on each site where required to enable NGN to comply with the waste hierarchy whilst also encouraging Offices and Depots to keep waste to a minimum by preventing, reusing and recycling. Additional information: 7x 1 year renewal periods available. These may be grouped to form longer duration renewal periods. Lot 3: LOT 3 Cleaning Under LOT 3 Cleaning the supplier will carry out cleaning services across offices and depots Monday to Friday in accordance with the cleaning schedule. The Supplier will be responsible for the procurement, safe storage and use of materials as required for the provision of the Cleaning Services. The Supplier shall provide upon request general and ad hoc services as requested by the Customer. Additional information: 7x 1 year renewal periods available. Lot 4: LOT 4 General Maintenance under LOT 4 the following services will be provided to Northern Gas Networks; - Planned Preventative Maintenance - Reactive Maintenance - On site Customer Support Officers Additional information: 7x 1 year renewal periods available.
