Internal and external decorations, including cleaning and associated repairs, to properties owned and managed by Southern Housing split into 2 x Lots - Lot 1 East: East London, Essex, Kent, East Sussex and part of Surrey and Lot 2 West: West London, Reading, Bracknell, Woking, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, Isle of Wight, West Sussex and most of Surrey Lot 1: East Region - covering East London, Essex, Kent, East Sussex and part of Surrey Internal and external decorations, including associated cleaning and repairs, to properties owned and managed by Southern Housing in the East region. Lot 2: West Region - covering West London, Reading, Bracknell, Woking, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, Isle of Wight, West Sussex and most of Surrey Internal and external decorations, including cleaning and associated repairs, to properties owned and managed by Southern Housing in the West region.
