Expressions of Interest for the Provision of an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS Contract) at Priors Field Surgery in Sutton, Ely

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide Primary Medical Services under an APMS Contract at Priors Field Surgery in Sutton near Ely. <br/><br/>The service commencement date is 1 April 2025. <br/><br/>The Contract will be for an initial ten (10) year term with the option to extend for a further five (5) years. The estimated contract value is £706,193.21 at a price of £137.50 per patient per annum (total including extension is £10,592,898.13).<br/><br/>All interested providers are invited to participate in an early market assessment questionnaire. <br/><br/>Please note the deadline for expressions of interest is 12:00PM (Mid-day) on 8th August 2024. Lot 1: Priors Field Surgery is currently being delivered via a caretaker contract following termination of a GMS Contract in March 2023. The caretaker contract will cease on 31 March 2025. <br/><br/>The surgery has a raw patient list size of 5,352 (weighted 5,135.88) as of January 2024.
