Tender description

The works relate to the reconfiguration and expansion of the UL Hospital Group expanding Laboratory Services. The project comprises the 265m2 internal fit-out (Area 3d) and reconfiguration to provide expansion of the existing main open plan biochemistry laboratory at the first floor Pathology Department including new roof-mounted AHU and associated Mechanical and Electrical services. Works to be undertaken on a phased basis while maintaining the existing Pathology Department services within an acute hospital setting and adjoining existing in-patient ward accommodation.
