Design and Construction of Cherry Orchard Point Phase 1A

Tender description

Cherry Orchard Point forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to develop affordable sale, cost rental and social housing and apartments. The subject of this procurement competition is Phase 1A of the development and potential subsequent phases of Phase 1 (1B and 1C). The Works Contractor shall enter into the Works Contract directly with the Contracting Authority to deliver the Project pursuant to a Design and Build contract. Phase 1A comprises 389 apartments, together with associated commercial, community and cultural spaces, including site development and infrastructural works.
