Contracts to provide community based Outreach Covid 19 vaccination services for different areas within the North East & Yorkshire (including Humber North Yorkshire, North East & Yorkshire, South Yorkshire & West Yorkshire) regions. The services are divided into Lots, as follow: Lot Number Area Covered Lot 1 North Yorkshire Lot 2 York Lot 3 Hull and East Riding Lot 4 North Lincs and North East Lincs Lot 5 North East Lot 6 Newcastle Lot 7 Northumberland Lot 8 Middlesbrough Lot 9 County Durham Lot 10 Barnsley, South Yorkshire Lot 11 Rotherham, South Yorkshire Lot 12 Sheffield, South Yorkshrie Lot 13 Doncaster, South Yorkshire Lot 14 Wakefield District, West Yorkshire Lot 15 Wakefield Vaccine Hesitancy, West Yorkshire Lot 16 Calderdale, West Yorkshire Lot 17 Bradford Pop Up Lot 18 Leeds Pop Ups Lot 19 Kirklees Family Vaccinations Lot 20 Kirklees Pop Ups Lot 21 Kirklees Frontline Healthcare Workers PLEASE NOTE: that the £500 contract value is: the block payment that will be made for every session delivered as part of the contract.
