Cambridge City Council - Digital Grants Platform- Request for Quote

Tender description

Cambridge City Council wishes to purchase a digital grant management platform, to help to manage the entire lifecycle of grant funding provided to community and voluntary organisations, and to individuals and businesses. The lifecycle includes all workstreams; from initial enquiry and application, right through to impact assessment. The following services are required: platform configuration and setup, software integration, testing, deployment, training and first line support. The Council is looking for a commercial off-the-shelf solution (COTS) and not a bespoke system. The preference is for the product to be a fully developed and proven solution; however, the Council understands that some solutions may have elements that are currently under development or yet to be developed, and details of all of these must be clarified and submitted with the bid.
