Tender description

This Contract Award is for the supply and implementation of a cloud hosted SaaS solution to replace USW’s existing Student Records System. This contract will secure a core records solution and encompasses multiple applications and associated CRM functionality, limiting the need to add on solutions except for specific quality and capability purposes. It will provide USW with the necessary capacity and capability to meet its long-term commitments in providing continuity of service, enhancing the student experience. The capability of the solution is in line with the Universities and Colleges Information Systems Association (UCISA) Higher Education Reference Mode (HERM), which focuses on business capabilities aligned to core function and purpose as an institution, rather than business process.
