Redeveloping our website, app and portal that meets our user’s needs and expectations represents a significant opportunity to improve our user’s experience and operational efficiency. By implementing these channels effectively, we can empower them to find solutions independently, reduce demand to internal colleagues and allow them to focus on complex issues.
