The Arts Council requires the services of a software as a service provider, with suitable experience and qualified resources, to provide a GDPR compliant, and cybersecurity protected cloud-based solution – catering specifically to SME’s, which offers ease of integrating with other leading reputable service providers in the HR/and forthcoming Payroll space. Seeking a best in class system, we want to offer our workers an engaging seamless end-end employment life cycle experience. We want our managers to visibly notice the time, efficiencies and ease of access to team information, actions and reporting. The current headcount of the Arts Council is 120; this may rise up to 200/250 max over a four-year period. .
