Tender description
Occasionally venues are booked for conferences, training and events, the Purchasing team assist the end user with the bookings and processing of the order on the Purchase to Pay system. When the value is above a specific threshold, the Purchasing Team will undertake a competitive value for money check via the Public Contract Scotland portal. There are frameworks that offer booking solutions for venues and events and these are available for NHS GGC to utilise.
