Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Service

Tender description

The UK Atomic Energy Authority UKAEA (the Client) has a requirement for the provision of Hackney Carriages (local taxi service) and Private Hire vehicles (with driver) for airport and longer journeys ie central London. The Client is located at Culham Science Centre, Abingdon, Oxfordshire which is a semi-rural area. The Client intends to award two contracts, one for each lot, to provide the following services: Lot 1: Hackney Carriage / Taxi service for local destinations. Lot 2: Private Hire service to provide journeys between the Clients premises or staffs homes to transport terminus. Contracts are intended to run for a duration of 3 years + an option to extend a further 1 year.
