Tender description

The existing building comprises of the Ground Floor and the First Floor. The works will take place on the entire First Floor, the staircase and in the reception area on the Ground Floor. The works will entail demolishing of existing glazed timber partitions, removal of existing doors; removal of existing floor finishes and ceiling finishes; installation of new stud partitions and glazed timber partitions, installation of new floor finishes and new ceilings, painting and redecoration to existing walls and new walls, associated Mechanical and Electrical installations.
