Christmas Mixed Offer Peterborough City Centre Concession Contract

Tender description

Peterborough City Council wishes to appoint a competent contractor that will deliver a mixed food, drink and entertainment offer via a Concessions Contract (in accordance with Concessions Contract Regulations 2016). We would like the location to be in the heart of the city centre in at e, St Johns Square and Bridge Street. (See map in the ITT documents) The operating period we are aiming is for a 6 - week period between mid-November 2024 until the first week of January 2025, and a similar period each year for the next 2 years and potentially a further 2 years should the contract be extended within terms. If you are a supplier that has experience of delivering a mixed offer such as this we would be very interested in you making a bid, Key considerations should be given to providing an appropriate mixed offer bid as follows; Income generated for the Local Authority Festive market stalls Food and drink stalls Entertainment, Low impact fun fair rides such as Ferris Wheel, carousel or equivalent attraction Children's area with Santa's Grotto Small fairground rides and games Christmas dressing of stalls.
