It has a wide remit of functions across regulation, advice giving and land management. NRW’s general purpose in all its functions is to pursue the sustainable management of natural resources (SMNR).This RfP relates to an opportunity for the acquisition of a leasehold interest at the old Forestry Camp at Ceinws located between Machynlleth and Corris which is owned by the Welsh Ministers and occupied by Natural Resources Wales (NRW).Constraints exist in relation to the development of the land, which will be outlined later in the document, but the land has been identified as potentially suitable for re-development.
