Heriot-Watt University (HWU) wishes to seek competitive tenders for services associated with Building Cleaning Services at the Student Halls of Residence, Edinburgh Campus at Riccarton and the Student Halls of Residence, Scottish Borders Campus at Galashiels. Lot 2: George Burnett Hall, Muriel Spark Hall, Christina Miller Hall West, A & B Building Cleaning Services at the Student Halls of Residence, Edinburgh Campus, Riccarton. Lot 3: Scottish Borders Campus, Galashiels Building Cleaning Services at the Student Halls of Residence, Galashiels campus. Lot 1: Robin Smith Hall, Lord Thomson Hall, Christina Miller Hall East, A & B Building Cleaning Services at the Student Halls of Residence, Edinburgh Campus, Riccarton.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
