BT65 - Aptem CRM System Licence Renewal

Tender description

APTEM is a CRM system used by Economy and Skills, it has been used since 2017. The team have been exploring various options to identify the exact scope, however research and identifying service requirements has taken considerably longer. We are therefore scoping the exact requirements for this new service after consulting with other LA's in the same position, we estimate this will likely take 4 to 6 weeks. We most likely will need the current service to run for another year, until 31.03.2025, as we have to get together a training schedule and agree how the department will transition to this new system. This will allow for the re-procurement of a new system within the new extension period.
