Accommodation Related Support Services (ARSS)

Tender description

Warwickshire County Council (the Council) has commissioned a single provider for each Lot to provide Accommodation Related Support Services (ARSS) for; Lot 1 Young People 16-25 years Accommodation Related Support Services and Lot 2 Adult 25+ years Accommodation Related Support Services. The three types of accommodation related support services includes: • Information and advice • Floating support • Accommodation-based support Lot 1: Young People 16 - 25 years Accommodation Related Support Services This was an open procedure to commission a single provider the provision of Young People 16 - 25 years Accommodation Related Support Services. During the course of the contract period the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification and variation to meet the changing needs and requirements of the Council, potential changes in legislation and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. Additional information: The initial contract term will be for 5 years however the Council reserves the right to extend the contract by further periods not exceeding 5 years (5 being the maximum available extension period) at the discretion of the Council based on the contract performance of the successful applicant. Lot 2: Adults 25 + years Accommodation Related Support Services This was an open procedure to commission a single provider the provision of Adults 25 + years Accommodation Related Support Services. During the course of the contract period the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification and variation to meet the changing needs and requirements of the Council, potential changes in legislation and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers.
