Tender description

Network Rail Wales & Western region is seeking to procure a new zero value commitment framework which will replace the existing commercial services framework. For the new Contract Management Services framework it is proposed to have 2 suppliers -General (portfolio) supplier - covering a multi-discipline service for all aspects of pre & post commercial, project management, programme controls, planning, and risk disciplines. -Specialist supplier - covering claims management, forensic investigation & analysis, and auditing scopes. It is proposed the new framework will commence 1st March 2025 and run for an initial duration of three years, thereafter two one-year extension options are permitted at Network Rail’s discretion.
