This information should be read in conjunction with the published PIN ref 2024/S 000-019632 (https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/019632-2024) and CTM Portal ref: 86773 Winchester City Council is considering delivery model options for its repairs and maintenance contracts beyond the lifespan of the current contracts in 2026. The contracts support the management and maintenance of council owned housing stock across the District. Winchester City Council would like to commence early market engagement to help shape the procurement strategy ahead of any formal exercise. This is not a call for competition or a beginning of any procurement process. This is an opportunity to submit views via a questionnaire and register to participate in an engagement event. Registration will not mean registration of an expression of interest in any future and potential tender.
