Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the installation of a Wetherby Render system and Kiwa Cavity Wall Insulation, renewing the main roof with Redland materials, and replacing the Flex R flat roofing on low-level roofs. Additionally, the project includes the installation of canopies and all associated elements for 24 units in the Rhondda, Cynon, and Taff area. The associated elements include, but shall not be limited to; I. Renewal of rainwater goods II. Removal of cavity wall insulation III. Renewal of windows as per Trivallis specification IV. Renewal of doors as per Trivallis specification V. Renewal of canopies as per Trivallis specification VI. Helifix stitching VII. Helifix wall ties VIII. ASD lighting to external entrance doors IX. Highway Diamond Elite street lighting Additionally, included in the requirement is the delivery of wellbeing initiatives. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services. We particularly welcome responses from small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
