Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council provides a wide range of services, including education (schools, libraries and targeted youth services), children and adult social care, public health, highway maintenance, waste disposal, emergency planning, consumer protection and town and country planning for matters to do with minerals, waste, highways and education. The council is seeking consultancy support from a provider and/or associates to support the delivery of the community support development element of the Oxfordshire Way programme through the application of a proven model to expand our programme impact across services and place.
