Strategic Review of Residences Portfolio (up to RIBA Stage 2) - Quantity Surveying

Tender description

The University of Southampton has a requirement for a Consultant to provide Quantity Surveying duties in accordance with the provisions laid out in the RIBA Outline Plan RIBA Plan of Works (2020) Stage 2 in relation to the University's student residential portfolio. The quantity surveyor services will include the preparation of specific reports for the University; producing, monitoring and updating cash flow forecasts; project cost monitoring for project budgets and providing cost planning and cost management services. This contract is being awarded as a direct award under the NHS Shared Business Services Healthcare Planning Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework (SBS10190) Lot 4 - Quantity Surveyor.
