Stockport MBC - Soft Market Testing - The supply of cash back vouchers to local residents

The cost-of-living crisis has had a massive impact on our residents, many of whom now struggle to afford daily essentials such as food and energy. The council aims to help wherever possible, and, in some cases, this may include making awards in the form of cash out vouchers or item/retailer specific vouchers. The service will be able to issue such vouchers on our behalf, by the most suitable method for the resident. This project outlines the provider requirements for the provision of a service to supply vouchers to local residents who have been identified as being in financial hardship. The Soft Market Test is intended to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or the Council.
