SCFT Provision of Microsoft Licenses

Tender description

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust required Microsoft Volume Licensing agreements to cover their current and future Microsoft estate. Crown Commercial Services (CCS) initiated a national aggregation procurement exercise under the framework agreement (RM6098) Lot 4: Information Assured Technology. RM6098 to ensure value for money could be achieved for these specific licenses. The Trust aims to renew this volume licensing every three (3) years for the purposes of this contract and it was a favourable timing to join into the national collaboration to achieve value for money with the view to have all Microsoft Software in the scope of this contract. The contract will also have an extension of an additional year (totalling three (3) years + one (1) Year). The compliant procurement process has been concluded via the CCS - Crown Commercial Service Technology Products and Associated Services framework agreement (RM6098) Lot 4: Information Assured Technology The contract was awarded to Specialist Computer Centres (SCC).
