Refurbishment of the Ground Floor for SEND Facilities at Lil Bilocca House, Porter Street, Hull, HU1 2RH

The Authority is seeking tenders from experienced and competent contractors to undertake the refurbishment works required to the ground floor at Lil Bilocca House, Porter Street, Hull, HU1 2RH for SEND use. The Contractor will provide works as follows: 1. Install of a new kitchen within a pert-decommissioned commercial kitchen space 2. Change of use from office space to activity room, with particular attention to wheelchair friendly flooring, acoustics & decoration 3. An existing toilet to be enlarged and a Changing Places toilet to be installed 4. Decoration appropriate for a sensory room. 5. Installation of hoist equipment within sensory room, activity room (host equipment for Changing Place as per specification for scheme recognition) 6. Potential re-marking of car parking bays The successful contractor will undertake the works, as further detailed in the Scope documents.
