Tender description

The work will consist of installing temporary traditional scaffolding, including edge protection to enable the Prittlewell Building, horseshoe flat roof to be refurbished by preparing and installing a Bauder Reinforced bitumen membrane warm roof covering system consisting of two layers, self-adhered warm roof, bitumen membrane waterproofing system. Undertaking various repairs/replacements to the entrance doors, parapet’s walls, roof outlets, removing the scaffold on completion. Completing ceiling repairs and decoration which is detailed in the specification.
