Tender description
Mini-competition in accordance with NSS framework NP827/23 (Scottish Minor Building Works) Lot 1: Queen Margaret University (QMU) wishes to enter into a contract for the refurbishment and alteration of the existing main academic facility on campus. The works consist of Project B and Project E, and comprise of small demolition works, installation of new partitions, new finishes and linings, installation of screens and doors. The works also involve alterations of the existing mechanical and electrical works to the building, alongside new external works.
