Wandle Housing Association wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of Works in respect of Phase 1 Cladding Remedial Works Project at Edwards House (1 High Trees, London, SW2 3AT). The appointed provider will be responsible in conjunction with Wandle Housing Association for all of the services detailed within this Specification on behalf of premises under Wandle’s management and the customers Wandle serves. Lot 1: Wandle Housing Association wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of Works in respect of Phase 1 Cladding Remedial Works Project at Edwards House (1 High Trees, London, SW2 3AT). The appointed provider will be responsible in conjunction with Wandle Housing Association for all of the services detailed within this Specification on behalf of premises under Wandle’s management and the customers Wandle serves. Further information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification at Schedule 2. The anticipated contract commencement date (start on site) is 29th April 2024. WHA proposes to enter one contract for a period of 10 months with the preferred Economic Operator. The budget for this contract is £1,217,186.60 in its entirety (exclusive of VAT).
