Gedling Borough Council (the 'Authority') is issuing this invitation to tender ('ITT') in connection with the competitive procurement of a provider to undertake reviews of empty homes and Council Tax single occupier discounts plus the option to undertake a review of small business rates relief. The successful bidder will also be able to supply experienced Revenues / Benefits staff on a temporary "on demand" basis to provide administrative support to the Council. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend for up to four further years on a year-by-year basis.
