Conduct an assessment of the impact of the Procurement Act on the Buyer, leveraging the knowledge of the current Buyer procurement team to get an accurate assessment of the ‘as is’ baseline across organisation & people, policy & processes and systems & data, working with the team to articulate the ‘to be’ future state across these areas and producing a clear action plan for the changes required for to enable compliance with the Procurement Act.
