Donegal County Council Expression of Interest in Emergency Accommodation

Donegal County Council is seeking expressions of interest from proprietors of apartments, houses, hostels, and guesthouse accommodation who wish to have their facility or rooms therein, included in the Council’s list of retained emergency accommodation for families and individuals requiring emergency and short to medium term accommodation. Family and single rooms may be required to meet emergency accommodation needs as they arise. Catering and laundry facilities are required. Submissions should include: Type of accommodation; number of rooms to be included; confirm availability for check in times; price per night/week/month and confirm catering and laundry facilities are available; submit details of compliance with Fire and Building Control Regulations, employment and health and safety legislation. Expressions of interest should be emailed to: homelessprevention@donegalcoco.ie Closing date for receipt of submissions is: 26th July 2024 Please note Donegal County Council may contact accommodation providers directly to source accommodation and negotiate rates outside of the expression of interest.
