Dacorum Borough Council Housing Estates Review Review Purpose: To review the Council's housing estate portfolio, and determine the most appropriate regeneration opportunities in order to support the development of the Council's Housing Estates Development Strategy. Desired Outcomes: A review to inform the development of a Housing Estates Strategy which will make the most effective use of Dacorum's Housing Revenue Account (HRA) assets; while supporting housing delivery, place-making and, economic growth.
