Tender description
The Council has a statutory duty to carry out these inspections to ensure public safety and fulfil our legal obligations. The Roads Scotland Act (1984) requires Local Authorities to have a well-managed and maintained road network. Principal Inspections are a critical activity of managing the road network. They inform our planned maintenance and replacement regime to ensure safe and functional bridges.This call-off contract is for professional services related to bridge inspections and assessments for financial year 2024/2025.
