Approved Clinician Training (National Provision)

Tender description

NHS England is seeking the provision of training places for mental health law training to support mental health professionals to apply to become Approved Clinicians via the portfolio route in the following regions: Lot 1: Northeast & Yorkshire and Northwest Lot 2: Midlands and East of England Lot 3: Southwest and Southeast Lot 4: London and Southeast Tenderers may bid for more than one lot providing they have a physical presence in the geographical location. The Awarded Contracts shall be payable based on the volume of activity with a maximum price per learner of £5,500.00 (EXCLUSIVE of VAT). As such, there shall be no Total Contract Value, but a cost per learner to be charged to the Authority, this shall be an all-inclusive cost which will cover the total number of learners. Based on current estimated number of learners, the anticipated financial envelope for this procurement exercise over the full 4 year contract (Including optional extensions) is not anticipated to exceed Lot 1: Northeast & Yorkshire and Northwest - £962,500.00 Lot 2: Midlands and East of England - £1,232,000.00 Lot 3: Southwest and Southeast - £643,500.00 Lot 4: London and Southeast - £715,000.00 The contract period will be for (24) months, with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of (12) months each subject to annual review and available budget. The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 05/08/2024 by 12:00hrs (midday).
