VHA Grounds Maintenance Contract

Vectis Housing Association Limited (VHA) is procuring grounds maintenance services for the properties it owns and manages. VHA intends to award one contract to a single supplier. The Contract will run for an initial five-year period with the right for VHA to extend in yearly increments for a further five years (giving a maximum overall duration of ten years). Lot 1: Vectis Housing Association Limited (VHA) is a registered provider of social housing based on the Isle of Wight. VHA is procuring grounds maintenance services for the properties it owns and manages. There are currently 43 sites; the number of sites, individual areas and the properties within each site may fluctuate during the life of the Contract). VHA intends to award one contract to a single supplier. The Contract will run for an initial five-year period with the right for VHA to extend in yearly increments for a further five years (giving a maximum overall duration of ten years. The estimated value in this notice is for the full ten duration exclusive of VAT and inflationary increases which may be applied to the annual price during the term of the contract).
