Following recommendations by the University’s Fire Risk Assessor and as part of the building Fire Risk Assessment it is necessary to conduct passive fire protection works and to replace existing Fire rated doors to provide fire and smoke protection to the main stairwells in a number of building across the University’s estate.The University Trinity Saint David invites interested and qualified contractors to submit tenders for the replacement of fire doors across the University’s Estate.The project aims to enhance the safety and security measures of the premises by ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=142528.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
