Tender description
The Home Office requires a supplier with the capability to deliver and aid in the design of a survey which will measure inbound passenger’s perceptions of the UK border and collect demographic data on these passengers for our analysis. The successful supplier will be awarded with a contract for UK BAS for an initial term ending March 31 2025 with the option to extend for a further two years in one year increments to 31 March 2027. Through this contract, the Home Office seeks to track passenger satisfaction and perceptions of security, use findings to inform improvements to customer experience and confidence in UK border security. It will also enable the department to understand public sentiment to changes at the border as we implement transformation programmes
