Leeds Building Services (LBS) have a requirement for a subcontractor to Supply and Fit Aluminium Double Doors at Yeadon Tarn Activity Centre, LS19 7UR. Works Required for the supply and installation of:  1No heavy duty commercial grade aluminium glazed frame & double door frame set complete.  Framing set within preformed opening, approx. 2.3m width X 2.4m height to soffit (all dimensions to be checked on site before manufacture).  Thermal break to door framing.  Door leaf’s 800 x 2040mm each, none rebated pivot hinged doors.  For mechanically operated door system.  Laminated safety glass.  Include for all necessary ironmongers including security grade night locking.  Doors and frame finish - Powder coated Ral 7031 or nearest standard colour.  Design style, as indicated on drawing DFYTC202409.
