State of Care ICB delivery and improvement survey

Tender description

CQC require a partner organisation to develop a survey that collects the views of ICB leaders on their ability to deliver services and improvements to services in the current economic environment taking into consideration the considerable pressures systems are under to deliver services to an increasing number of patients. This procurement was undertaken following the Single tender action (below threshold) process. The Contract is awarded for a total period of 2 months. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions. Contract Reference: CQC EP&S 075
