SPS-10945 Replacement Pipework at HMP Castle Huntly

Tender description

This project involves the replacement of the heating, domestic hot & cold water pipework, valves and ancilliaries running within the service duct at HMP Castle Huntly Lot 1: 1.2.1 Bruce and Wallace Wings at HMP Open Estate Castle Huntly is served with Low Temperature hot water & domestic hot and cold water via underground combined service ducts. This project involves the replacement of the heating, domestic hot & cold water pipework, valves and ancilliaries running within the service duct. New pipework will be installed in pre-insulated PE-X pipework. Works shall also include the provision of new duct cover in areas that are not currently accessible to allow ease of access for maintenance.
