Tender description

Tenders are invited for the supply of lease-hire vehicles to be used by States Departments via the Department for Infrastructure and Environment – Jersey Fleet Management (JFM) which is acting as the lead Department in this area. The envisaged fleet size being in the order of around 85 vehicles. The full contract will be awarded for a three-year term with vehicles being replaced either on a minimum twelve-month cycle, or on a thirty-six-month cycle covering the full term of the contract. The contract is to cover: • vehicle supply, • full maintenance, • out of hours breakdown assistance • adequate provision of replacement vehicles in cases of vehicles being off the road through defect or for routine servicing. The contract when awarded will be effective from mid-April 2025 to mid-April 2028. Keywords: Electric vehicle, EV, Fleet, Vehicle
