Tender description

South Lanarkshire Council's Roads, Transportation and Fleet Services (Lighting Services) have a requirement to undertake a Negotiated procedure under Standing Order 9 of the Council's Standing Orders on Contracts for the structural investigation of transmission lighting columns across South Lanarkshire. Lot 1: The award of this contract was under the Negotiated Tendering Procedure under Regulation 33 (1) (b) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and Standing Order 9.3.1 (b) of the Council’s Standing Orders on Contracts. The contract will be for a period from 25 June 2024 - 4 June 2028 (4 years) with no option to extend.
