Tender description

This document provides a background to the ETZ plans and summarises the requirements of the energy masterplan. ETZ Ltd is working with Scottish Enterprise on this project and therefore the successful bidder will be working directly with both groups. Lot 1: ETZ Ltd’s appointed master planning team is currently in the final stage of developing a masterplan for the Energy Transition Zone. This commission is for the second stage of Net Zero Energy analysis and requires to integrate with the overall emerging masterplan. Materials related to the masterplan and the first stage of the Net Zero Strategy analysis will be made available to the successful bidder.
