GB-Manchester: Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR) Freight Modelling and Appraisal Study

Transport for the North (TfN) is issuing an Expression of Interest (EOI) opportunity for consulting companies interested in carrying out rail freight modelling and analysis studies on Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR). The purpose of the EOI is to assist TfN in identifying companies that are both interested in and capable of meeting the requirements for the upcoming NPR Freight Study project. Please note this is not a call for competition, it is purely an Expressions of Interest exercise at this moment in time. Further details can be found on the Delta E-Sourcing Portal. Please note also the information pertaining to dates and budget are guestimates and may be subject to change. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
