GB-London: Parliamentary Monitoring and Associated Services

Tender description

The GDC intends to procure a partner to deliver its parliamentary monitoring requirements, including daily reports and political updates, across the four nations of the United Kingdom. The Services must cover all four nations of the UK and their parliaments or assemblies and should include updates from across all media channels and cover: Parliamentary monitoring, including full coverage and updates of relevant debates, questions, select committee activities, Government bills and activity that may affect the health sector or regulation in general, and key government announcements, which are of interest to the GDC. Political monitoring including updates on party political news and policy developments. Stakeholder monitoring, including key updates and their responses to government announcements, consultations, or parliamentary bills. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
