Leeds Building Services (LBS) have a requirement for a subcontractor to perform the below essential gas works at the Burley St Matthias Primary School, Harrogate Road, LS17 9LH. The installation shall generally comprise of the following: The scheme shall consist of the following: a) Disconnection and isolation of existing incoming 1 1/4" service b) Installation of new incoming 63mm PE service to building, terminating in new location with wall mounted GC3 kiosk. c) Installation of new gas pipework from meter outlet to each gas boiler. d) Testing and commissioning. e) All associated builders work. The existing roof to the external store that accommodates the incoming gas service and associated meter works is to be re-roofed. This specification is associated with the replacement of the incoming statutory metred gas service, and associated outlet pipework serving the existing gas fired boiler plant: The site of the works is located at: Burley St Matthias C of E Primary School, Infant Block (Cardigan Road) Burley Road, Leeds, LS4 2HY.
