Refurbishment works at a former bank building to create 3 distinctly separate commercial units. Ground floor space to be reconfigured to create a restaurant on one side and a tap room for a local craft beer company on the other. Floors 1 and 2 will be 7 en-suite overnight accommodation rooms. There will be an extension to be created for the restaurant kitchen at the rear of the property. The property is within a Planning Conservation area but the building is not listed. The client will work with the contractor to agree on how to deliver these placements on a practical level.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
